About Evan Yarbrough.

Illustrator, storyboard artist, and fine artist based in Southern California and Savannah GA.

Samples of work from my career as a senior illustrator and storyboard artist working in film, TV, commercials, and music for over two decades. I love the creative, collaborative process of making beautiful, thrilling, grotesque, action-packed, and darkly hilarious films. I also love the flip side of making high end, slick-as-a-rattlesnake's-back-in-the-rain commercials and high concept, low budget (and the $$ ones) music videos, where problem solving and creative work arounds are the flavor of the day, and that flavor is caramel crunch bourbon filet mignon gelato.

I grew on the East side, cut my teeth on the west side, and set up shop just off the banks of the Ogeechee River, deep in the bowels of the Hostess City of the South. My wife is an infinitely talented banner and sign painter, my cat is ancient, wise, and sweet, and my dog is a handsome asshole.
